It's not uncommon to see Rule 34 art of her with an even more feminine body than she already has.
Angel's design and personality makes her ripe for this trope.Some of the other experiments have also been drawn like this, but they're much rarer. Even though Stitch is canonically completely incapable of growing any taller or even aging, he has also been drawn with a humanoid body shape of either an athletic young adult or a bodybuilder, while still maintaining his overall alien genetic experiment looks (blue fur, claws, head, etc.).

Contrast the canonical depictions of the adult Lilo in the Lilo & Stitch: The Series episode "Skip" and the Stitch! anime episode "Lilo", which portray her more modestly, wearing clothes that make her look like a responsible adult and having the same mouth that her younger self has, never developing fuller lips.

Most fanart of an adult Lilo Pelekai tends to portray her as a fit, attractive young woman with a slim body and full lips much like her older sister Nani, usually wearing midriff-revealing clothing or a bikini. Inverted in that Obelix usually gets his ugliness exaggerated, even though in the original comics he looks Ugly Cute at worst and is usually regarded by other characters as more attractive than Asterix. Some stories give him a larger-than-average nose as concession to his original design's Gag Nose, but others even get rid of that. In the Asterix spinoff album Uderzo croqué par ses amis, drawn and written by fans, Asterix gets this treatment in the realistically-drawn stories, which draw him taller, slim, and muscular rather than pot-bellied and skinny-limbed, and as a Pretty Boy Barbarian Hero. And much like Sally, she was also briefly given a Fanservice Pack in canon after having her robotic limbs upgraded. Bunnie gets the same treatment in fanart as Sally, albeit more likely to be depicted with Boobs of Steel due to her role as the heavy-hitting cyborg of the gang. While Sally is romantically outspoken, she is never as fanservice-oriented as the fandom depicts her to be apart from the aforementioned period in the comic. Canonically the comic tried to emphasize her sex appeal, but the "make her even more humanoid" approach didn't last long. The other Sally (Acorn), on the other hand, is subjected to Breast Expansion and suggestive poses in fanart due to the fact that she wears very little for the female standard of clothing. The fan-continuation, Sonic the Comic Online!, updated her design and gave it a Sonic the Hedgehog (SatAM) influence ◊, making her a lot cuter and fashionable (along with making her look more SegaSonic). In her final cameo she looked like an anthropomorphic squirrel ◊. Sally in Sonic the Comic started out as looking like Ricky, basically she was just a squirrel with a bow ◊. They often give him more conventionally attractive facial features, and some even go so far as to give him a full head of hair. Lex Luthor isn't exactly ugly, but he isn't as handsome as certain Superman fans like to portray him. Count how many times he's given a height boost, a full-body wax, and just made flat-out generic handsome. He's a short note 5' 3" officially compare average US height (20+ years old), which is about 5'9" for males and 5'4" for females, surly man with more body hair then a bear. Point is that, while talented, the fanbase is filled with many Harleys. Same for other villains like The Scarecrow (again mostly thanks to Cillian Murphy) and The Riddler. Of course, he becomes a pretty bishonen with cool scars in loads of fanart. Granted, Heath Ledger was a pretty guy, but his Joker looks quite gross with his poor hygiene, wrinkled face, and nasty scars. 
The Joker gets this quite frequently, especially after The Dark Knight.
